Relax, put on that cozy sweater...
This fall I am going to make sure I completely relax, plan trips for the spring, read at least 5 new books to review for all of you, and make sure I keep manifesting all of my dreams.
Being a small business owner can get stressful! But I never let anything bother me. I just stay calm on the inside and everything on the outside seems to fall into place. There could be a hurricane all around you but if you stay calm and present, you'll start to notice that the mess starts to fade away. The minute I start to worry about how something might go wrong, immediately things start popping up that I don't want in my life! Even if it's just something small. Since I'm more aware now of my manifesting capabilities things start to happen a lot faster than usual. If I think I'm going to have an amazing day, guess what , I do. If I get annoyed by something, the rest of the day seems to get more and more annoying with annoying people and annoying clients. The power of feelings are so strong, they literally make your reality. I am sure a lot of you are aware of LOA but this is truly powerful stuff. I could go on but I will save it for future posts. For now, please stay positive!
I will be posting more of my looks this month! Instead of saying where I received each outfit, unless it's a sponsored brand, I will just let you email me if you are interested! This way, my photos can be more of an expression of myself and style instead of always trying to sell something! I hope you enjoy them as much as I like making them.

Hunter Green Pleated Trapeze Dress
I needed a dress last minute for my nephew's baptism. So where did I go? Forever 21, Contemporary section. I'm guilty of shopping at Forever 21 all the time. I always find something within 5 minutes and it's so easy to purchase without even trying anything on because of the low prices. If it ends up not fitting right, I just give it away! This dress was a whopping $25.00 bucks. I chose Hunter Green for fall and to match my skin tone. It also comes in Mustard and Black. It's sophisticated with a mock neck and of course comfortable too.

Fall weddings are finally here. This insanely comfortable 2 piece dress available at Sara Rose On Oak was the perfect ensemble for my brother in law's wedding. Fit to perfection and not too tight. It was also a beautiful color for fall. #comfortliving
Grey grey grey grey.....
I'm all about the grey and burgundy this fall. Sleeveless turtle neck sweaters with a light shirt underneath is so comfy! My meeka energy jewelry line makes the perfect statement. Grey low heel shoes and a hat- set. If I'm going to be honest, I would seriously wear flats, but the heels make any casual outfit look so much more feminine. So if you're going to the library you can still wear this and wear flats, then switch the shoes if you're going out to brunch.
Fall is probably a lot of people's favorite time of year. I never actually had a favorite time of year, I always feel like every season goes by so fast and it's all a blur. HA!!! But seriously, I guess if you ask me my favorite TIMES are when I start to smell fall in the air, before I get so used to it and take it for granted. Same with winter, summer, spring... I don't think Chicago even has a spring, we go straight from freezing to hot. Anyway, my style is always based on what is most comfortable to wear. Lose jeans, the ones I'm wearing are J Brand, you can get them at any Nordstrom, or Macys' or their site http://www.jbrandjeans.com/. Turtle neck is by Cotton Emporpium.

3rd Eye Awake Shoes- #SaraRoseOnOak, by olsenHAUS (love these shoes)
Usually September and October in Chicago is a strange time. You don't know when it will be 90 degrees or super cold all of a sudden. I like to ease into fall wearing simple blazers, jeans, light weight shirts, and flats.
I see a lot of girls already wearing their boots and leggings and I'm like "slow down!" Boots do not need to be worn just yet, summer JUST ended and I'm still going to the pool occasionally. Especially living in Chicago, we have over 6 months to wear socks and boots. Keep the flip flops and flats as long as possible ladies.
I'll be posting my other fall outfits/trends twice each week this month. If you didn't read my previois post, I will be posting every Wedesday and Sunday from now on! Staying consistent because that's what you asked for!
